Hector Lis is not off-the-shelf software we buy and resell: we developed it ourselves, drawing on more than 25 years of running real infrastructure, and it runs on our Hector Cluster platform. Monitoring data never passes through third-party platforms. It integrates with the IT security infrastructure we already manage for our clients — pfSense and WatchGuard firewalls, support contracts — and with the processes of an ISO 9001 and ISO 27001 certified company.

Where does the monitoring data end up?

On our own Hector Cluster infrastructure, managed directly by us under our ISO 27001 certified processes: it never passes through third-party platforms.
