Hector-ai is the artificial intelligence assistant developed by TN Solutions: it answers questions in plain language using your company's own data and content — and nothing else. You can already see it at work on this website, where it answers questions about our services. On request, we can bring it to your website and your portals too.

The problem it solves

Small and medium-sized businesses want to use artificial intelligence, but public cloud chatbots raise an issue no business owner can ignore: quotes, price lists, technical documentation and customer data end up on third-party platforms, out of your control. Hector-ai takes the opposite route: we bring AI to your company's data, not your company's data to someone else's AI.

Our own product, not a wrapper

Hector-ai is a product we designed and built ourselves, and we run it directly on our Hector Cluster infrastructure, with open-source models running under our control. It is not a front end bolted onto someone else's cloud service: we know where the data lives, how it is processed and who can access it. For our clients, that means a single point of contact for activation, integration and support — the same company that has been running IT infrastructure for small and medium businesses in Lombardy for over 25 years, certified to ISO 9001 and ISO 27001.

How to bring it into your business

Hector-ai is delivered as a SaaS service integrated into your website or portals, and every activation is run as a project: together we work out where it needs to operate and which content and data it should answer from, then we put it into production. It can answer your customers' questions about your catalogue, or your staff's questions about internal documentation, in the tone and within the limits you set.

Frequently asked questions about Hector-ai

Is my data used to train third-party models?

No. Hector-ai runs on our own infrastructure, with open-source models under our control: your company's content is used to answer questions, not to train other vendors' systems.

How is it different from a public chatbot?

A public chatbot answers from its model's general knowledge, and the data you send it is processed on its operator's platforms. Hector-ai answers only from your company's content and runs on infrastructure where we know and control every component.

Where can Hector-ai be integrated?

On your website or your portals, as a SaaS service. The integration is a project we define together: which content it needs to know, who it should answer and within which limits.

How long does activation take?

It depends on the content to be connected and the level of integration required — which is why activation is run as a project. After an initial assessment, we give you a transparent timeline and set of phases.

Who provides support after activation?

We do, and that makes the difference: the same company that developed the product looks after its integration and day-to-day operation over time, with no passing the buck between vendors.
