TN Solutions01 Where it starts
Small and medium businesses want to use artificial intelligence, but public cloud services raise a problem no business owner can ignore: quotes, price lists, technical documentation and customer data end up on third-party platforms, often outside the European Union, under terms that can change and with data flows that are hard to verify.
Hector takes the opposite road. It is the artificial intelligence ecosystem built by TN Solutions: our own compute infrastructure — Hector Cluster — and three products running on top of it. Open-source models executed under our control, on systems we design, run and protect directly.
It is not a wrapper around somebody else's cloud service: we know where the data lives, how it is processed and who can access it. We built it as a B2B system integrator with over 25 years of experience on the real infrastructure of Lombardy's small and medium businesses, certified ISO 9001 and ISO 27001, from our offices in Melzo (MI), Italy.

An assistant that answers on your own data, a prevention engine that never sleeps and a business management tool you only pay for as far as you use it. They all run on the same cluster, they speak the same language and they have a single point of contact: us.
Hector Cluster
The in-house compute infrastructure every service of the ecosystem runs on: the brain behind our artificial intelligence services. It is built on the very technologies we keep in production every day on our customers' systems — not exotic technology assembled for the occasion.
Hector Cluster is not for sale, neither as a service nor as an application: it is what we deliver the three products on. This page exists because anyone evaluating our services has the right to know what they run on.

03 The architecture
How it fits together
Each product uses the Cluster in its own way: Hector-ai runs the models that answer on customer content, Hector Lis continuously processes monitoring signals, Hector Biz stores business data there with managed backups. Underneath, always the same infrastructure under our direct control.

These are not slogans: they are the practical consequences of one precise architectural choice.
You know where your data is
The models run on our infrastructure, not on third-party clouds. Knowing where data lives and who accesses it is a concrete premise for GDPR obligations and, for anyone touched by NIS2 even just as a supplier, for answering supply chain audits.
A single point of contact
The people who wrote the software answer the phone — and they often run your network, your servers and your security too. No tickets bouncing between the software house and the IT supplier, each blaming the other.
Open-source, no lock-in
Choosing open-source is deliberate: it lets us control, update and verify what we run, without depending on an external vendor's terms. When both the model and the infrastructure are under direct control, nobody can switch off the lights from the outside.
Sized for smaller businesses
Continuous prevention, an AI assistant and a management tool used to be sustainable only for those who could afford enterprise-scale structures. Hector is sized on real infrastructure: whether it is ten workstations or a cluster of servers, you pay for what you use.

06 How to adopt it
From idea to production, in three steps
We do not publish price lists: every company starts from different needs, and the proposal is built around yours.
Analysis
We look at your company's real processes and decide together where AI should work: which content and data it should answer on, which infrastructure needs monitoring, which management modules you actually need. Timings, phases and quote follow from there, transparently.
Project-based rollout
We put the product into production on our cluster and integrate it into your systems, with onboarding support sized on the people who will use it. The goal is that it makes work simpler from day one, not that it becomes a project inside the project.
Ongoing support
After rollout, support is on us: the same company that built the product keeps it running over time, with nothing bouncing between suppliers. For software problems and IT problems you call the same number.

Frequently asked questions about the Hector ecosystem
What is the Hector ecosystem?
It is the set of artificial intelligence products built by TN Solutions, together with the in-house infrastructure they run on: Hector-ai (the AI assistant that answers on your company's data), Hector Lis (AI-based 24/7 prevention), Hector Biz (the modular management tool for smaller businesses) and Hector Cluster (the compute infrastructure that runs them all).
Do I have to adopt the whole ecosystem, or can I start with one product?
You can start with a single product: the three are distinct services, each with its own rollout and quote. The advantage of having them together is that they share the same infrastructure and the same point of contact — the management tool, the AI assistant and the prevention engine speak the same language — but none of them is a prerequisite for the others.
Is my data used to train third-party models?
No. Hector products run on our own infrastructure with open-source models under our control: your company's content is there to answer questions and deliver the services, not to train somebody else's systems.
What does it cost? Is there a price list?
We do not publish price lists, because every company starts from different needs: Hector Lis is a monthly subscription sized on the infrastructure to be monitored, Hector Biz is bought by modules and Hector-ai is rolled out as a project. The quote is built after an initial analysis, with no obligation.
Can I buy Hector Cluster for my company?
No: the Cluster is not for sale, neither as a service nor as an application. It is the in-house infrastructure we deliver Hector-ai, Hector Lis and Hector Biz on — you benefit from it through those services.
Does the Hector ecosystem make me compliant with NIS2 or GDPR?
No single tool makes anyone compliant with a regulation, and you should be wary of anyone promising otherwise. Hector covers concrete requirements — continuous incident detection with Hector Lis, the ability to know where data lives and who processes it — and fits into a wider compliance path we can walk together.
