Founded by Marco Ursoleo, since 2001

TN Solutions was founded in 2001 by Marco Ursoleo, driven by a passion for technology and innovation. The goal was clear from the start: give small and medium businesses a single technical contact who speaks their language rather than the language of the manuals.

Over more than 25 years that idea grew through real projects — from telecommunications to eCommerce, from server virtualisation to our own datacenters — but the method stayed the same: understand the client's problem first, then choose the technology. Never the other way round.

Today Marco leads a team of experienced systems engineers who look after hundreds of companies across Lombardy, from day-to-day support to the most complex infrastructure and security projects.

Our story, year after year

2001
TN Solutions is founded
Marco Ursoleo founds TN Solutions, driven by a passion for technology and innovation: from day one the goal is bringing advanced IT solutions to businesses.
2004
Partnership with a European training provider
Start of a partnership with a well-known training company: designing and delivering IT courses for students, funded by the European Union.
2006
First eCommerce partnerships
Start of the technical partnership with the eCommerce platform Initpc.it, designing and developing its systems.
2007
Into telecommunications
The partnership with Sirti begins, one of Italy's leading telecom companies, on enterprise-scale networking projects.
2010–2014
Years of expansion
The IT service delivery model takes shape; the UniEuro partnership, the first ticketing system, a dedicated client area and the first VMware environments with business continuity all arrive.
2016–2019
New premises and our own infrastructure
Move to the Melzo premises with IT systems designed from scratch; we design systems for security-monitoring control rooms and launch a clustered VMware datacenter.
2020–2021
Our own CRM and support through the pandemic
We build our in-house CRM for client support and take over end-to-end IT management for a fintech startup; during COVID-19 we secure remote work for businesses and professionals with VPNs and protected access.
2022–2023
Our own datacenter and sustainability
We design a private datacenter for virtualisation and blockchain, powered by solar energy, and support an international group with the IT management of its retail stores.
2024
Artificial intelligence and rebranding
We launch Hector AI, our artificial intelligence project, and go through a complete rebrand: same team, same story, an image that matches the projects we deliver.
2025–2026
25 years of history
We strengthen our presence across digital channels and, in 2026, celebrate 25 years since our founding: a milestone built on reliability, technological evolution and long-term vision.
