TN Solutions01 Who it's for
For occasional needs, without giving up serious tracking
There's no one-size-fits-all contract. The pay-as-you-go contract is the simplest formula: you buy a block of hours to draw down, with no fixed periodic fee covering monitoring and preventive maintenance. It's the right choice for businesses with a small fleet, non-continuous support needs, or those who want to test the relationship with TN Solutions before moving to a more structured MSP contract.
Package hours are valid for 12 months and don't roll over at expiry: if you have some left, it's worth planning them together on useful activities before renewal — an audit, a backup review — rather than letting them lapse.
02 How it works
What's included, and what's not
The pay-as-you-go contract covers the interventions you request, tracked with the same rigour as a flat-fee contract.
Remote and on-site interventions
Remote support for the most common issues, fast and with no travel cost, and on-site presence when hardware needs replacing or new installations are required.
Tracked ticketing
Every request enters our proprietary ticketing system: the same traceability as a flat-fee contract, with priority assigned on real urgency.
No proactive monitoring included
The pay-as-you-go contract does not include continuous infrastructure monitoring: for failure prevention you need the MSP flat-fee formula.
When pay-as-you-go pays off, when flat fee does
The pay-as-you-go contract works well for occasional needs and tighter budgets: you only pay for the hours you use, with no fixed periodic commitment. It doesn't, however, include the proactive monitoring that prevents failures before they cause downtime.
If your business can't afford unplanned downtime, the MSP flat-fee formula cuts hidden costs and downtime thanks to included continuous monitoring and preventive maintenance.
- Hourly package valid for 12 months
- No fixed monitoring fee
