TN Solutions holds ISO 9001 certification for its Quality Management System, awarded by an independent certification body after an audit process that verified the method, processes and ongoing controls behind everything we deliver.

What ISO 9001 certification means

ISO 9001 is the international benchmark standard for Quality Management Systems (QMS). It doesn't certify a single product or service — it certifies how an organisation plans, delivers and continuously improves everything it provides to its clients, from the moment a request comes in to final delivery, with every intermediate step under control.

Achieving this certification means proving, through evidence checked by an external auditor, that the company works according to documented processes, measures its performance with real indicators, and runs a continuous improvement cycle (Plan-Do-Check-Act) rather than relying on improvisation or individual experience alone.

Why it matters for an IT company

It's the same control framework described in our Integrated Policy, of which ISO 9001 is one of two pillars — the other being information security, covered by ISO/IEC 27001.
