What emergency IT server support is, in brief
A technical support service you can call on in an emergency, when a server, storage system or network device stops working: fast diagnosis, remote where possible, on-site when needed, aimed at restoring operations as quickly as possible.
- Immediate remote diagnosis for software and configuration faults
- On-site intervention for hardware faults, within the working day in our coverage area
- Final report on the cause of the fault and preventive actions
02 / Who we work with
Emergency support for businesses that can't afford prolonged downtime
Both clients with an active contract and urgent new requests: we assess every report with the same technical attention.
- SMEs with a server or NAS on site
- Professional firms
- Companies without an active support contract
- Existing clients with contractual priority
03 / One-off or ongoing
One-off emergency call-out or an ongoing support contract
Emergency support solves the immediate problem; an ongoing contract prevents the next one. Here's how to choose.
One-off emergency call-out
- Available even without a prior contract
- Solves the emergency as it happens
- No proactive monitoring between one call-out and the next
Ongoing support contract
- Proactive monitoring that catches many faults early
- Contractually guaranteed response times
- Priority handling over one-off requests

How quickly we take charge of your request
Just like in our VirtualAssistance support contract model, the response time is selectable based on how critical your systems are: the shorter it is, the higher the priority.
| Response SLA | Best suited for |
|---|---|
| 3 hours | Critical servers and services that cannot afford downtime |
| 8 hours | Workstations and services with a significant operational impact |
| 12 hours | Relevant requests that can be handled within the working day |
| 24 hours | Routine requests and activities that can be scheduled |
It's the same selectable SLA model used in our IT support contracts: we define it together based on your systems, with no hidden costs.
Not sure which SLA level is right for you? We analyse your infrastructure for free and help you choose the SLA that best fits your company, with no obligation.

A server that's down brings production, orders and email to a halt: TN Solutions' emergency server support is the service designed for exactly these situations, with fast diagnosis and a return to normal operations, whether remotely or on-site within our coverage area. You don't need an existing contract to call us: we respond even to companies that aren't already our clients, though an active support contract does guarantee priority and agreed response times.

What emergency support for servers and IT infrastructure means
It's a technical support service you can call on in an emergency, when a server, storage system or network device stops working and business operations grind to a halt. Unlike scheduled maintenance, emergency support starts with a call or an urgent report and has a single goal: diagnose the fault and restore operations as quickly as possible, even before assessing the root cause of the problem.

How it works: from the call to the fix
- Report the issue: call our dedicated number or write to us from the contact page, describing the problem (server not responding, service down, hardware alarm).
- Immediate remote diagnosis: whenever possible, a technician connects remotely to identify the cause without waiting for an on-site visit.
- On-site intervention when needed: for hardware faults or infrastructure that can't be reached remotely, we come to you within our coverage area, aiming to intervene within the same working day.
- Fix and report: once the work is done, you'll receive a report on the cause of the fault and the corrective actions taken, including measures to prevent it from happening again.
One-off emergency call-out or an ongoing support contract
An "on-call" emergency visit solves the immediate emergency, but it doesn't prevent the next fault. Companies that experience recurring downtime find it more cost-effective to take out an IT support contract with proactive monitoring: many faults are caught before they become a full outage, and response times are contractually guaranteed rather than handled on a case-by-case basis. Learn more about the difference between the two approaches in our guide to business server support.
Who this is for
This service is designed for SMEs, professional firms and companies that run servers, NAS devices or on-premises IT infrastructure and don't want to be left waiting for a generic technician with no systems experience. We work with both existing clients and new, urgent requests.
Frequently asked questions
Do I need an active support contract to request emergency assistance?
No, we respond even to companies without an ongoing contract. That said, an active contract guarantees priority and contractually agreed response times.
Do you work remotely, or only on-site?
Both: most software or configuration faults are resolved remotely and quickly; for hardware faults or infrastructure that can't be reached remotely, we come to you in person.
Which areas do you cover for on-site intervention?
Full on-site coverage applies to the operating radius around our Melzo (MI) headquarters; beyond that range we mainly work remotely or with scheduled on-site visits. Get in touch to check coverage for your area.
What happens after the server is back up?
You'll receive a report with the cause of the fault and, where relevant, a proposal to prevent it happening again — for example backups, proactive monitoring or a hardware upgrade.
Server down right now? Don't wait for it to get worse.
Call us straight away: a technician will assess the situation and give you a real timeframe, even if you're not already our client.
