To take advantage of the remote assistance service, it’s necessary to download and run the TeamViewer software through which our technical staff (only upon the consent of the customer) can make a network connection as if he was in front of the keyboard. Every time the program has been started, a new password will be generated which must be communicated to our technician to allow the remote assistance session. The access passwords created will be different and random at each session to ensure maximum data security. By closing TeamViewer, once the assistance is completed, the connection will close and our technicians will no longer be able to access your terminal. To restore the remote connection you will have to restart the program and communicate the new password. Throughout the installation process our technician will follow you by phone while remaining at your disposal.
