Every time the program has been started, a new password will be generated which must be communicated to our technician to allow the remote assistance session. The access passwords created will be different and random at each session to ensure maximum data security. By closing TeamViewer, once the assistance is completed, the connection will close and our technicians will no longer be able to access your terminal. To restore the remote connection you will have to restart the program and communicate the new password. Throughout the installation process our technician will follow you by phone while remaining at your disposal.
- Click on the “Download TeamViewer” link on the program logo
- Save the file by clicking on “Save file”
- Choose the folder of interest to save the program (later you can move it) or save it on the desktop
- Save the file again by clicking on “Save file”
- The file will be downloaded in a few seconds

- Verification, maintenance, installation, configuration and tuning of network services (user management, access, email management, web server, ftp server, proxy server, internet, antivirus, security and control ...)
